Federal Training Requirements for Class A, Class B and Class C

Guam requires all Class A and Class B operators to receive training from independent trainers who are not affiliated with the facility they operate or pass an approved exam. Training and certification must take place within 30 days of assuming their duties and retraining is required every two years.

As for Class C operators, they may receive training from any certified Class A or Class B operator, an independent trainer or take an approved exam. Training and certification must occur before assuming duty.
